In this series, we will welcome Fall Equinox for a day of healing, learning, and uplifting each other as a community. Weina Dinata, from Poppy & Finch will share her healing journey and parallel stories between life and nature on how she became a land and habitat steward through her mini-habitat living botanical arts. Followed by her planting service and a guided hike.
About the speaker
Weina Dinata is a self-taught educator and dedicated native plant advocate integrating her passion, graphic design skill and artistic vision to create an awareness of native plants through her educational botanical studio, Poppy & Finch. A variety of projects and collaborations began to take root, and Poppy & Finch grew organically as a business where she empowers people to become the stewards of our habitat in the urban landscape through her educational/hands-on workshops, unique pop-up mini-trailer botanical experience and creative botanical solutions using native plants for people with small outdoor spaces. She also finds native plants as the teacher in her healing journey to show up authentically for her community.
